1.Fundamental Policy

We shall adhere to laws and regulations concerning information security, guidelines set by the government, contractual obligations, and other societal norms.

2.Initiatives

• We will establish internal regulations and strive to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Based on the "Fundamental Policy," we will establish provisions and define methods for managing information assets, while also clarifying the duties and responsibilities of personnel.
• We will adhere to applicable laws and regulations, as well as confidentiality obligations stipulated in contracts. We will develop manuals and other resources as needed and rigorously maintain security measures.
• In order to promote awareness of the "Fundamental Policy" and the provisions, as well as enhance information security awareness among personnel, we will conduct necessary education and aim to actively and responsibly practice information management.

Our company has engaged in the "SECURITY ACTION (Self-Declaration of Security Measures)" program established by the Independent Administrative Institution, Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), and we are pleased to announce that we have achieved a Two-star rating in the "SECURITY ACTION" initiative. We will continue to implement secure and appropriate information security measures.
